Happy 1st year Anniversary CrossFit XLR8 II !!!
We have modified our plans a bit…We will be holding our WOD at the Calallen location at 9am. We will have much needed recovery drinks and celebration after “MURPH”. The GP location will be having open gym only from 9am-11am and childcare will be provided for an hour at a time.
