New Year has kicked off to a great start! Fight Gone Bad was a lot of fun, aka pain, and it was so inspiring to see how much better everyone has gotten. True hard work, good form goes a long way!!! Everyone should be signed up! We have 71 people involved!!! Awesome response! Few things to make clearer on stars: Daily WOD leaders do receive stars, in each RX, Master’s RX, and competitor. If the WOD leader is not in the contest, then no stars for the 1 st loser. You need to check the picture of the board to check if you are the leader, then write date on contest sheet in appropriate column. I post a picture of the board daily on our facebook , that also is viewable from our website www.crossfitxlr8.com You do get a star for each year you are a member at XLR8, so put your initials for each, if you are unsure, I have your start date, ask. This week’s challenge is: 20 Double Unders everyday (7 days) Calendar pics, if you are in the 2013 calendar, you get a star. You receive a star for making an appointment in the Infrared Sauna
Burpees 4 Life Challenge:
DON’T EVER GIVE UP!!! IF YOU PLEDGED TO DO YOUR BURPEES, THEN YOU DO THEM…YOU ARE A CROSSFITTER, THIS IS WHAT WE DO! The Burpee 4 Life committee has decided to hold one makeup session this Saturday, Jan 12 th , from 9:30-11:30am..come do them together, DO NOT QUIT!!! Make sure you put your star each week you complete. If you are not here, text me, I will put a star up for you.
